1. For a limited number of images simply attach the files to an email. It is important to use "File Attachment" rather than "Picture Attachment". In some setups if you use "Picture Attachment" your email program will reduce the size of the file (for faster uploading) and although it will look OK on your computer monitor it will not print to its best quality.
